Michael still wasn't sure some days how he felt about his sister being in Storybrooke, seeing her again had been amazing, and getting to know her since he last saw her, well over a hundred years earlier was great and they had a lot to catch up on. Still though, there were moments he couldn't shake the guilty feeling of having just flown off with some strange magical shadow and left her behind. He didn't imagine Mary Poppins would be very happy with him for what he'd done either. Then of course there was his sister dying so young. Yea she had died as an adult and grown up first, but Michael had always hoped and imagined that she had gone on to grow up, fall in love, get married, have kids of her own, and then die happy and surrounded by family at some ripe old age. Still, his sister was back and alive and he was very much determined to have a relationship with her and try and make up for the mistake he made leaving in the first place.
He enjoyed their weekly training sessions, he wanted to make sure she would be able to defend herself against the zombies, and in all honesty he just enjoyed teaching her about archery and swords. As he approached the part of the forest closest to the wishing well. He had woken earlier than normal that day, and ended up getting to the wishing well a good fifteen minutes earlier than the planned time. He first checked around the area and made sure there were no zombies close by, since the strange castle had appeared overnight a week earlier, he'd upped his patrols with the other merry men. Once he was sure there were no zombies in the immediate vicinity, he sat his gear down by the well and leaned over it, looking down while he waited for Jane.

Being reunited with her brother in this controversial time where anything could happen, it was a bit overwhelming to Jane. Exploring with him at what had to be the creepiest looking castle sounded like a fun plan at the time he had mentioned it. But now, as Jane stares up at the castle, she felt like backing out of this plan Michael had formed. “Maybe this was a bad idea, Mikey,” Jane says, using the nickname he never liked. Not that she was scared or anything, but this castle was very creepy. And it kind of reminded her of the time living in the Underworld, which had a few dark & creepy places. But Jane was here anyway and she was determined to get over her fears of dark & creepy things and places.
“Where do you want to go first?” Jane asks her brother and waits for an answer from him while glancing around the grounds of the castle, letting out a shudder at seeing some of the zombies. They were a lot scarier than the River of Lost Souls.
