Appears 28 ( He's a lot older! ) Power Rangers Super Dino Charge . Ryan Carter . Sector 2814

Heckyl is an intelligent man, however time and time again his own intelligence is outweighed by how arrogant he can be. He'll proclaim a victory before it has happened, he'll jeopardize plans he had with Snide and end up hurting what could have been in the end, time and time again, his own arrogance has cost them. However, Heckyl does have his advantages. He appears human, more so he appears as a man who looks like a hero, one who will gladly be your friend, gladly help you, and gladly stab you in the back once he has accomplished what he needs to. He has many times tricked the Rangers, so much so at one point they had shown him their base when they thought he needed their saving! He's also a pretty flamboyant guy, because why not?
A darker side of Heckyl is that he doesn't normally act out in violence, not nearly as much as his counterpart Snide does. However, Heckyl WILL kill/punish his own henchmen to either prove a point, or do it simply because he feels like it! There's no denying that Heckyl was turned psychotic by the dark energem, but he would deny that to no end. There's a possibility of good still in him, and if he can fight the corruption of the dark energem there's a good chance that he'll break free from Snide and become the hero he used to be.
Snide --
Snide is the eviler of the two. He appears as a monster type alien, with glowing yellow eyes and a thick bluish-black armored body. He can be violent, he has no issues with drawing his sword and attacking one or a group of people at once if it suits his needs. He sometimes comes off as impatient, but in truth, Snide is actually quite patient and can wait for a long while for a plan of his to fall into place. He has, on numerous occasions, proven to be more successful than Heckyl in either betraying their enemies, or by attempting to overpower the Power Rangers. There's no denying that Snide is the reason that the corruption of Heckyl exists. Without Snide, there's a chance that Heckyl could return to his once heroic ways.

Powers/Abilities
Heckyl --
Heckyl can shoot lightning/energy beams from his hands. This ability is powerful but he can use it to his own preference. A simple blast could stun someone or in some cases a single blast could kill someone. The beams have also shown signs of Telekinesis, allowing him to open doors or move objects with them. This is an ability that he can only do as Heckyl. It's also limited to his energy, if his energy is running low it'll prevent him from using his energy beams. As far as any further powers go, he has none. He can easily be injured and is by all means mortal. If anything, he's a simple human from an alien planet.

( Heckyl's Equipment )
Goggles
He carries a set of goggles, while appearing as nothing more than a steampunk like pair, they're actually made to detect energy. These are used mostly to try and search for energems, although he could likely use them to detect other things in Storybrooke if he were to go looking.
Heckyl carries a pocket watch in his coat pocket, the watch is far from a simple watch however. The watch lets him communicate with Snide, where the two will often argue due to their differences in just about everything.

-----------------------------------
Snide --
Snide's body is heavily armored so he's a lot more durable than his flesh and bone counterpart. Although, even armor can't hold up forever.
Snide carries a dark metal sword. His sword also has a small circular screen at it's hilt, much like Heckyl's pocketwatch, this sword enables Snide to communicate with Heckyl and vice versa.
Snide can have a couple armored tentacles leave his chest region, he uses these mostly to grab things out of reach. They aren't a common go-to for him.

How their two worlds work together!
Energy is the key word. As Heckyl, he has no control of when Snide wants to come out and play. The only signal he has is that his tattoo on his neck will cause him discomfort and within seconds he'll change. This is exactly the same case for Snide, as he can't stop Heckyl from coming out, but is only made aware by the same tattoo located on his neck.

Should for example, Snide fight a battle and get his butt handed to him. It'll enable Heckyl to shift back easier. Should Heckyl be himself for a long while without change, it gives Snide enough energy to shift. Neither can really do it spontaneously, as it will drain their energy and one may end up stuck for awhile. As it is in Storybrooke, Heckyl is going to have his hands full with not turning into Snide in front of the general public for as long as he can help it. Something I doubt Snide will agree with.
From far within the galaxies of Sector 2814 was a planet known only as Sentai 6. A milion years ago, the once peaceful and calm planet was reduced quickly to ruins when word reached an alien threat that a dark energem was hidden within it. The enemy in question was Lord Arcanon who leveled the planet to find the gem so that he could harness it's power. Instead, he ran into a problem when a kind civilian of the planet named Heckyl attempted to thwart his plans.
Heckyl lacked any real battle experience and took the box containing the dark energem and made a run for it in desperation. As he ran, Lord Arcanon unleashed an onslaught of energy beams to stop the attempted hero. Luck wasn't on Heckyl's side, as one beam finally hit him close enough to cause him to lose his footing and become injured in the fall. The dark energem fell from it's container, and in a last ditch effort to try and further keep it from Lord Arcanon, Heckyl grabbed the gem directly unknowing that in doing so he quickly absorbed and bonded with the dark energies within it.
The energies turned him into an armored creature who willingly handed the gem over and at that point lost all memories, including the memories that Heckyl had. Sentai 6 was destroyed, and the creature calling himself Snide went on to become an Outlaw of the galaxy who destroyed many planets in his path. But the story didn't end there. As Snide was born, Heckyl was still very much alive within him. The two became entwined in a power struggle. At times, Snide can take over and spread his evil throughout the galaxy. When he's not in play, then it's Heckyl at the helm who's own mind was corrupted by the dark energies.
The galaxies quickly becomes familiar with Heckyl and Snide who both create a path of fear with all that they destroyed in their wake. At one point, Heckyl is finally captured by the space bounty hunter Sledge. He remains in solitary confinement for what Heckyl claims is ' centuries ' before Sledge releases him in hopes of using Heckyl's humanoid appearance to trick the Power Rangers into sacrificing their Purple energem. This goes against the wishes of Sledge's hench-monsters who are all frightened of Heckyl.
Heckyl refuses to work with Sledge unless he's able to become a partner to him and overthrow the galaxy together. Sledge accepts, but only with a display of Heckyl's lightning energy when he destroys some of his hench-monsters and opens the prison doors to the many other prisoners that Sledge has. When the plan that Sledge creates ends up falling through, Heckyl is once again sentenced to his cell. Although, at this point the confined Outlaw now has other more greater plans.
In a short time, Sledge reopens the cell ordering Heckyl to pose as leader for a short time. ( Who does that!? ) in that time, Snide devises a plan that turns not only Sledge's minions against him, but he also frees every single prisoner that Sledge had been holding. He demands that they serve him and only him, and upon forcefully changing to Heckyl, he offers to let any prisoner not willing to follow to 'walk away' one idiot is foolish enough to do so. As he goes to leave, Heckyl shoots him in the back with his lightning beam and kills him. He then announces that the henchmen would have been the first to betray them, and that is how traitors would be dealt with. Everyone is rattled by what they witnessed, and swear a full alliance to Heckyl instead.
With Sledge missing and seemingly lost, Heckyl takes over with full control as being one of the biggest targets for the Power Rangers. This goes on for some time with Heckyl sending monster after monster after the Rangers in an attempt to claim their energems. As the Power Rangers are friendly with Heckyl ( Unaware that he and Snide are one in the same. ) He misses several key moments of gaining the energems on his own, but is ultimately defeated each time by chance moments that are out of the Rangers hands. ( Losing his memory, Snide ruining his plans, some other stupid force of nature happening! ) At long last, Heckyl is exposed by the Rangers when he has all but one energem in his grasps. From that moment they realize he's just as evil and he is forced to flee.
No longer able to be right in arms reach of the Rangers, Heckyl and Snide return to their ship where some changes are made as new hench-monsters are added and others demoted. One of the alies, a monster named Singe backstabs Heckyl revealing that his master is none other than Lord Arcanon, the same villain who destroyed Santai 6 so long ago. Heckyl is outraged at the betrayal and is imprisoned on his own ship while Arcanon takes over as leader. Soon Snide catches Arcanon's attention, and the two conspire to forcefully separate Snide from Heckyl forever. The move will give Snide full freedom over himself forever, and he promises that he will destroy Heckyl and be free fully from him. Heckyl hears all of this via the communicator on Snide's sword, he declares him a traitor and pleads with him to reconsider. After all, Arcanon destroyed their planet, how could he side with him!?
When the preparations are made, Snide is chained down and Wrench, one of Arcanon's henchmen start the procedure to remove Heckyl and make he and Snide two separate people at long last. The device which was originally intended to switch bodies is modified to do what they had needed, or so they hoped. Just as Wrench activates it a light bathes Snide, but then a large jolt in the ship sends everyone stumbling. Instead of becoming two parts, Snide is broken free from his chains and attempts to escape the ship. The ship is taking damage, though Snide is unaware if it is a meteor or an attack that has crippled the craft. What he does know, is that he happens upon a magic pendant by the since destroyed monster ' Spell Digger ' he activates the pendant in hopes of escape..
What happens instead is that Heckyl awakes within a forest. Snide's energy had run out forcing a change, leaving the more human Heckyl to try and make sense of where they are. One thing is known, that the Space Outlaw is no longer in space.. and especially not near Amber Beach. Also, while the splitting device failed to separate Heckyl and Snide, it did something.
Heckyl finds himself with occasional visions of a distant land. It could be his memories trying to resurface? He's not sure what to make of it, all he wants are the energems and all their power.
I threw Heckyl/Snide into Sector 2814 due to the long standing history of Power Rangers appearing in comics and the whole Superhero theme. If that does not work, I will do Tomorrowland where he can be among the other space heroes.
