can you feel me missing you?

The young fairy was as lost as anyone could be in Storybrooke. Aimlessly, not knowing why or how she was there. Well okay, she did know how she had arrived there. Through a portal by mistake. She could repeat it 100 times and not get tired, but she could have sworn that that portal, which had opened suddenly, was North's creation! and although there was no indication that pointed to him being the one creating said portal- well, the thing is she had crossed it, she had crossed it thinking maybe it was a new model that the guardian was testing. As we can assume, no. It was not a new kind of portal, it was a portal that she simply shouldn't have crossed. Now she was there, in a city where the feathers that a time had decorated her body were no longer there, where the wings which had allowed her to fly through the skies had become completely invisible. It was as if she wasn't the Tooth Fairy anymore... Tooth sighed, sitting on a bench in that desolated park. She had chosen to visit it at night, because she simply guessed no one walked through the parks at night. Or maybe they did... walking in such quietness would be a delight. Anyway, is that perhaps she should worry about someone else walking by the parks at night? It was not within her competence.

Toothiana looked at the sky, and just started at the Moon for what seemed like hours, as if she were demanding an answer, an explanation for everything... but the only thing she was getting in response was a hard and empty silence. "Why...?" Perhaps Manny had decided to banish her, perhaps the portal had been a way to get rid of her without having to be personal, maybe she had been dismissed as the Tooth Fairy? Still, even if any of those assumptions could even be true, she wanted to know why, she wanted to know what she had done wrong to not repeat it again, she wanted to know why had she ended up in a completely new city where she was a stranger, a helpless stranger.

Another small and nearly inaudible sigh. She missed her mini-fairies, the way in which they flew to her around... at least Tooth could still fly, even when she had no wings. She didn't know why, but hey, let's assume that it was a gift that she had even without the wings. After all - she was still the Tooth Fairy, she still remained being the fairy that collected teeth and kept them, because they were the most precious thing that a person could have. Memories were something that had to be protected, and so her and her fairies protected well the teeth, right? Ugh, maybe not as well as they would have liked.

I suppose that she was too immersed in her own thoughts, because she didn't even notice that she wasn't alone in that lonely park anymore. She had... company.

this sadness is unbearable

Oh, it was simply a great day! Well, rather it had been a great day, because now the dark night reigned over their heads. Tooth was gathering the teeth that her small fairies had brought her, and she was carefully placing them in the small boxes in which she used to keep all the teeth. That night some of those boxes were being filled, others were being started... she smiled to her mini-fairies while she accepted the teeth that they gave her, and them as happily returned her smile. Some people did not understand the importance of their teeth, they did not understand that they were incredibly valuable to a person as she was... they treated them as if they were toys, not caring about which color they had. White or yellow, what importance did it hold? A lot! She could accept them to be yellow if that one was the enamel that they always have had, but she could not accept a person leaving their teeth to dye yellow just because they were too lazy to brush them, when they had the opportunity to have whiter teeth. What sense did it have? Yet Tooth loved all the teeth, even if she felt a special love for those who were completely white.

At the end of deposit all the teeth in boxes, Tooh sighed, and she simply took a time to look at everything. All the boxes of the happiest memories of a person. Those memories that they returned to a person if they needed it. All of them were saved, being protected by all of them. Tooth evidently hadn't looked into the memories of anyone, because that would be just rude and she would never make such barbarity, although what she used to do was watch all boxes, all the names... I don't know, but whenever she did that, a feeling of happiness invaded her on the inside. But that feeling of happiness didn't invade her that time. As she watched all the boxes, ordered and perfectly placed, there was one that caught her attention. Tooth bit her lower lip, and curiously, she picked up that box from all the other piles of boxes.

Tooth knew clearly which person belonged to each box, she knew it like the palm of her own hand... and perhaps for that very reason she got so altered when looking at that same box, which was holding in her hands... the memories belonging to Pitch, or at least to the person who he was before becoming the King of Nightmares. How should someone react before something like that? Should she tell this information to the other Guardians? should she keep it secret? should she give them to Pitch? should she... show them to him? After all, the teeth kept his fondest memories, and although it seemed hard to imagine it, Pitch had not always been the man who he was now. She was sure that he had once been a married man with children, a happy man. Perhaps showing him his teeth made him remember, maybe she helped him in any way? She knew that he didn't feel a special love for the guardians, but-- she could help him, she could try to, at least.

Tooth frowned, holding the delicate box in her hands, looking around, as if she were trying to find the answer to her around. What was right, and what was wrong. She knew that she should not hide such vital information from the other guardians, she knew that this was not the typical behaviour of the Tooth Fairy, she had to be honest, loyal to her own... and she would tell them absolutely everything after finding Pitch. He needed help, he needed a little light in his life. And although she knew that he was not one of the most friendliest beings that you could find in the face of the Earth, she should try it, she should try talking to him, soothing him. After all, now he would be in a vulnerable state, he would be going through a hard time.

No one believed in him anymore, because now they had replaced him, in one way or another. And Tooth had not wanted to harm anyone, but it was not her fault that for example the hope Bunny brought to the children prevented children from believing in the Boogeyman. They simply protected the kids from the bad things, and although Tooth thus not wanted it, Pitch, was one of those bad things that they had to keep away from children. For the moment, they had not been having any kind of problem, everything was going phenomenally - and although she knew that perhaps what she was about to do would be a huge, huge mistake, she had to try.

Determined, Tooth ordered her small fairies to follow with the work, although some of them had insisted on accompanying her. She knew that now Pitch practically must be harmless, because if nobody believed in him, his powers simply went down, but even so, she would not risk the safety of her fairies. With the small box in hand, Tooth located where Black was hiding, mostly thanks to his teeth, because they always kept a great connection with their owners, and without thinking twice, she undertook the flight. Through the whole journey, her mind was still torturing her. She still did not know if what she was doing was going to be worth it, she did not know what could happen - but she should take the risk. After all, she never wanted what had happened. She knew Pitch terrified children, and she knew that he was not good, but still, nobody deserved to be forgotten in the shadows.

After what seemed like days of flight, Toothiana finally arrive at her destination, a large and wide cave, so hidden from civilization as it could be. It was dark, and she barely could see something inside. By pressing the case against her chest, Tooth flew inside the cave, looking around, waiting for her eyes to adjust to such darkness. "Knock, knock" she said, to announce her arrival, I mean, how else was she going to make the man know she was there? "That would have had a lot more sense if there had been a door... but this is a cave, and caves have no doors. They have a free entry and a free exit, without doors" okay, she should stop talking immediately.

we meet again

Tooth didn't completely comprehend what had happened. A moment ago she was in her palace, just controlling her mini-fairies, and then... ugh, she should not have crossed that portal. But how was she going to know that it wasn't one of North's portal? well, the truth is that the portal that had opened up in the middle of the sky didn't resemble the typical ones which North used to invoke, but... I don't know, she just thought that perhaps he was testing new models? Oh, she would have kept herself away from that portal, perhaps she should have convened the guards to investigate that portal? But that was what it was, after all. A simple portal that did not harm anyone, that simply had been opened without notice, and she had crossed it thinking that it was a creation of one of her friends. As you can already guess, she was enormously mistaken. And now she was in a city where even she wasn't herself... I mean, she was herself in terms of personality, but not in appearance.

The feathers which had covered her whole body since she turned 12 years old had disappeared, and now she had a completely human appearance. She could still fly, she still possessed the talents that she had always possessed... but it felt as if she wasn't herself anymore. I don't know, it's been so long since she saw herself as a normal girl. Before, in her previous life to be a guardian, she had desired for her wings which had been born of her back to disappear, because without them her parents would still continue alive. She had come to hate them with all her heart, she even had come to think about ripping them off. But after all this time, after all this time she finally had learned to see that her wings had no guilt, they didn't have anything to do with what had happened. If the adults had not thought that she was a demon, nothing would have happened. But of course, then she also had to think that they thought that she was possessed due to her tremendous change in body which she had suffered unexpectedly...

She shook her head, sighing, moving her gaze to the clear black night sky. It could have been worse, right? It could have been a portal created by Pitch, she could have finished locked up in a rusty and dark cell, as her mini-faired had been previously locked in. But that could not happen, they had beaten Pitch, they had succeeded. And let's see, Tooth had always hoped that them, the guardians, and the Boogeyman could have found a way to coexist together, because in the end and after all they had all been blessed by the Moon, in one way or another. All had their own endowments, all of them could do wonderful things - the thing was, although Tooth wanted the harmony between all of them, that long-awaited peace was impossible to obtain. The guardians helped the children, they protected them. Instead Pitch, he frightened them, injecting fear in their innocent souls. How could they co-exist with someone who terrorized the children they allegedly had to protect? They couldn't... the only thing they could do was their work. Protect children from all evil, protect children from nightmares...

And for a while they had succeeded. Toothiana returned to shake her head, she didn't want to think about those memories in that moment, she was not in the mood. She was walking like a soul in pain through the forest, as if they had ripped her heart out from her chest... but in a way they had done so. She didn't know why she was in that town, she didn't know why her appearance was no longer the same, she didn't know why.... And she knew by asking herself those same questions again and again, she would not get a reply from the sky. Tooth decided to stop, and determined, she looked back to the sky, where she could be face to face with the moon. "Why?" she muttered, her voice being a mixture of confusion, anger and sadness... "Have I done something wrong? Because I - I could remedy it, I could try, I could be better..." perhaps the moon had decided to replace her? Perhaps she already was not indicated to keep the memories of the children? Perhaps she had been dishonoured? I don't know, that portal could have been Manny's work, a way of getting rid of her.

"I don't understand..." another whisper, just as empty, just as broken. She supposed that she was alone, and even if she wasn't, surely everyone who saw her would think she was crazy, talking to the moon. The funny thing was that she did not obtain any answer, Manny did not answer her, the Moon did not say anything. Silence was the only thing that she got in response. Tooth breathed deeply, without knowing how to take that silence. Had she been fired somehow? Perhaps in that place the Moon was different? Why couldn't she get the answers she deserved?. "Fine. I can handle this. I can handle this..." she was repeating those words to herself, perhaps in a way of convening herself that in fact she could handle everything in that new world. After all, it seemed quite like home. Although she had been in her palace enclosed without leaving to collect teeth for... 440 years, give or take. Clearly, after the little adventure with the Guardians she had gone back to collect teeth personally, but still.

With a new sigh, she started walking again, and it was there where she could see a shadow in the distance, someone who she could swear she hadn't seen before. Would have he heard her speak? Well, did it matter? Nor is it that nobody in that city would recognize her anyway. Who does the tooth fairy when he looks like this? No one. Tooth, cautiously, walked to the figure that seemed to be still, a mild-mannered and sweet smile drawing on her pale face. "Hey! Isn't it a little late to be walking around the forest all alone? Says the one who's walking around the forest all alone..." wow, she seriously needed to increase her skills when it came to socialize with people. The girl had not yet seen his face, something that she would like to do, because talking with someone when you can't even look to said someone in the eye is slightly inappropriate. So, she decided to get a little closer, among the shadows, to be able to see his face. "I'm Too-" her voice died in her throat.

It could not be. It was impossible. Impossible. No - he couldn't be here. He could not have escaped from his own nightmares. He could not have escaped from his own fear. How was he there? And most importantly, why? Is that perhaps the Moon had also fired him? No, no... Manny couldn't have fired him, I mean, why now?. Tooth swallowed, now taking small steps back slowly, shaking her head, still unable to mutter a word. It was him. Pitch. The Boogeyman, the one she thought that had been defeated once and for all-- he was there, in front of her. The monster who almost destroys the guardians. "You..." she could not find the words, no matter how much she looked for them.

1000+. Toothiana. Rise Of The Guardians. Amber Heard. Other Realms

Personality

Tooth is incredibly protective of those who she considers family. She has a maternal nature, so if a person manages to win a place in her heart, heart that already stores too many people, she'll protect said person until the end of the world.

She has a great sense of justice, and will always do what is right, regardless of the consequences. Her personality is rather simple to describe, if we have to be clear. She's bubbly and cheerful, someone who would try to cheer you up again and again if you're sad. She loves the children of the whole world, and is incredibly devoted to her job as a guardian of memories.

Powers/Abilities

Fly: Tooth is able to fly, and also hover in place without getting tired!.

Combat skills: she can fight with swords, and her wings can also be used as notable swords!.

Omnilingualism: she's able to speak any language and can communicate with several different beings.

Mini-fairies: supposedly the mini-fairies are small copies of herself, and she's mentally connected with all of them.

Memories: Tooth is the guardian of memories, that's why she and her fairies save the most precious memories of a person's childhood, and when someone needs these memories, they make sure to make said someone revive their happiest memories.

Tooth is also capable of knowing when someone has lost a tooth, and how exactly have they lost it. Tooth leaves small gifts under their pillows to ensure that children continue to believe in her.

History

Toothiana was born from the love of Haroom, a normal and ordinary human, and Rashmi, a former Sister of Flight.

Her parents decided to move to the outskirts of a human-infested village, because all that time they had been living with the Sisters of Flight, at Punjam Hy Loo, in that giant castle which was protected by flying elephants. They didn't want to raise Toothiana in that castle, as there was no more human children, and they did not want to give such a life to their small kiddo.

Then they did so, they moved to the outskirts of a village that was fairly close to the vast jungle. Toothiana was born human, like the other children in the village, and she was happy, she was loved by her parents and by the other children, for as some said Tooth had the biggest heart that a person could have. Everything was perfect, hassle-free. A simple and loving life.

But everything good doesn't last long.

When she turned 12-years-old Tooth lost her last baby teeth, and wings were born out of her back, at the same time that various different color feathers invaded her full body. Toothiana was surprised to be witness... of such sudden change, but soon her confusion was converted into pure joy, learning how to fly in a day. She became friend of the birds and the sky, and oh how did she enjoy that.

The children of the village also seemed quite happy with the new skills that Toothiana possessed, but the parents seemed slightly more reluctant. Adults firmly believed that Tooth was a kind of monster that should be caged. She was a bird girl! It didn't make sense, it was not human. It would probably be some kind of spirit that would have possessed the body of the girl, and it had to be killed... or at least that was what they thought, because Tooth wasn't any of that.

Her parents knew that they would have to move out of the village to keep their daughter safe, and so they did, bringing her to the jungle, where the small family returned to mount their accommodation.

But the parents did not surrender so easily, without caring about their children begging them to leave Toothiana and her family in peace. Oh no, they were willing to hunt down that atrocity.

The parents hired the best hunters of the Kingdom, and among those hunters, there was one that was called the Mysterious Hunter, a hunter who never showed his face, so no one knew who he was.

Haroom was an expert in covering their tracks, and so he did, so that hunters could not find them, and Rashmi who had the gift of speaking any animal language, requested the animals to please attack the hunters whenever they came close.

But the hunters, regardless of the animal attacks they received whenever they approached the camp, they didn't surrender and were willing to discover where they hid the bird girl.

Toothiana stayed at the top of the trees when it was day, and only went to visit her parents at the darkest hours of the night, when everyone was sleeping soundly.

Seeing that their attempts to capture the girl were failing, the parents became more and more cheaters and perverse. They followed their children to the jungle, because they knew that they secretly went to help the family, and found where Toothiana and her parents lived. They left a trail of coins so that the hunters could follow them. But the only Hunter that followed that road made up of coins was Mysterious.

They kidnapped Toothiana's parents, and said that if the girl didn't give herself up her parent would pay for it. Rashmi and Haroom said to Tooth to not look for them if they ever found themselves in danger, that her life was more important.

The animals of the jungle heard the words of the Hunter, and they were swift in telling Toothiana the threat of the Hunter. The girl who was always kind, grabbed her swords and flew towards her destination, determined to save her parents from such horrible fate.

But when Toothiana came to where they had called her, Rashmi and Haroom started fighting like possessed beings, because they refused to see their daughter captured. Tooth didn't know how to react, and she also joined the fight. The hunters and the parents obviously joined such massacre.

Toothiana, finally arriving where her parents were, wanted to take them out from the angry mob, but she did not have enough force to lift them both in the air. Her mother pulled a stringed pouch and she gave it to her, saying that what it contained would be useful to brighten up her heart when she most needed it, and then both told her to go away, to escape.

Toothiana almost obeyed, but she stopped, not knowing what to do. Finally she flew away from all the chaos, screaming. Her cry was surely remembered by all hunters and others in the village, because it was half bird and half human. The hunter, Mysterious, screamed in response. A terrifying scream that was able to freeze her bones.

Toothiana flew up to the tallest tree, and she sat there, processing everything that had happened. She didn't cry, nor shed not a single tear. She stayed there for a whole day, sitting down, feeling like how the emptiness of her soul and sadness destroyed her little by little. The jungle animals tried to encourage her, but it was in vain. She opened the pouch Rashmi had given her, where she found a shimmering ruby box, carved from the arrow that had almost killed her parents. A note accompanying the box:

Our Dearest Girl,

These are the teeth of your childhood. If you have them under your pillow in your sleep, or if you hold them tightly, you will remember that which you need-- a memory of happy days, or of deepest hopes, or even of us in better days.

But one tooth is not yours. It's a tooth of amazing power, and from what being it comes from, we did not know,

Use it only in times of great danger or need.

Your Dearest Parents

Toothiana slept with that box under her pillow, leaving the warmth and happiness wrap her while she slept.

Toothiana remained in the jungle, but she began to hate her wings. Because if she didn't have them her parents would still remain alive, and none of this would have happened. Apart from the animals, the children of the village also tried to cheer her up, although they had to be more careful, because their parents were still wanting to imprison the bird girl.

Toothiana convinced herself more and more of that she did not belong with humans, and neither she belonged with animals... Tooth did not belong with anyone, she was alone in that cruel world.

Years passed, but Toothiana didn't grow or aged. She watched how the children grew up and lost part of their innocence, she saw how they aged and fell in love, but Tooth remained the same. Tooth began to collect their teeth, so thus they could relive their happiest memories when they needed it. Just like her parents had done with her.

The children feared the possibility of their parents finding out, so they began to keep their teeth under their pillows. Toothiana found that new game especially amusing, and decided to leave them little treasures under their pillows while picking their teeth.

But the parents began to get suspicious when their children woke up with gems and rubies under their pillows, and demanded their kids to tell them where did they get all those jewels. Then devised a trap for Toothiana.

One night, Tooth flew to the village on one of her nocturnal rounds. Akela had lost his two front teeth, so the treasure he'd receive would be more... shocking. Tooth had planned to leave 2 uncut diamonds under his pillow. But when she crossed Akela's window to go to his room, it wasn't the kid who she found. She meet face to face with Mysterious Hunter.

Toothiana had planned to attack against him, to finish with the man who had killed her parents - but before she could do so, an steel wall fell before her. And then behind her, and to her sides. She was not even in the room of Akela, she was in a giant cage.

The village parents cheered, while Mysterious hauled away the cage with the help of his aides. The children begged their parents to leave the poor girl go, but would not do it. The Hunter had promised them riches beyond your imagination, and they would not squander that opportunity.

Toothiana tried to escape from the cage, but all her attempts were in vain. The Hunter hauled the cage away through the forest, as if it were the most normal thing that could be done. The Hunter knew that the animals would want to help to Tooth, so he commanded his helpers to keep them away with fire. The animals didn't approach them, but they didn't stop from following them.

After a few days of travel, they all arrived to Punjam Hy Loo, where Toothiana had been born. The flying elephants guarding the Castle were prepared to attack, because the animals had warned them of the arrival of the Hunter.

But Mysterious didn't threaten the elephants. Instead, he said that he had brought an offer for the Sisters of Flight and the flying elephants. The hunter said that he had in his possession the half-breed daughter of Haroom and Rashmi.

A wind whipped the trees, making several leaves to fall from them. Tooth knew that the wind had been caused by the Sisters of Flight, and she also knew that it was time to get out her box of teeth memories.

The sisters asked why had they imprisoned their child, where were her parents...

And thus, Hunter took off the coat that covered his face for the very first time. He was a monkey, literally. He declared that long ago he was a maharaja, that he took Haroom as his slave, who was later released by Ramish. Now he was the King of the monkeys. His helpers also revealed that they indeed were also monkeys.

The Monkey King declared that he had killed Toothiana's parents, and that he was seeking revenge for having been turned into a monkey. Then he took out a bow and an arrow, and took aim at the heart of Toothiana. He was threatening her life.

But before he could shoot, Toothiana held hight the box of memories. She pictured her parents, laughing and smiling...

The cage suddenly disappeared. And now Toothiana was not alone, but surrounded by an army of Mini-Fairies. The animals attacked, as well as the flying elephants. Her Mini-fairies went for the Monkey King, and it took Tooth a second to react, before joining the battle.

She grabbed the monkey by its throat, and lifted it high in the air. Her anger boiling her blood, she the one who had killed her parents and she knew that she could finally finish everything at that time, she could end up with the person who had turned her life into a living hell... But her ruby box glowed, bringing her parents to her memory. She would leave the jungle to decide his fate.

She let him go.

And then she flew where the Sisters of Flight were, with her new horde of Mini-fairies.

The elephants charged against the Monkey King, his screams were... they were chilling.

The sisters asked her about her parents, and Tooth said to them that they had been slaughtered. Then without warning the Sisters of Flight became wooden carvings, as if they were statues. Tooth was terrified, but one of the sisters told her that if one of them died, all of them would die as well. Toothiana would now be the Queen, who would protect the memories of all the children.

The following history is the one we all know. Tooth, after becoming guardian of memories, was recruited by the Man in the Moon to meet with Sandman and Bunnymund, who were already guardians. She is the third oldest. Later on North also was recruited.

But the story really begins when the Moon tells them that they have to recruit a new guardian, and said guardian needs to be Jack Frost. Tooth isn't upset at all with that idea, unlike for example Bunny. She actually gets all giggly and excited when hearing the news!.

After kidnapping Jack and bringing him to the North Pole, where all the guardians gathered, Tooth could not contain her enthusiasm and more than once she found herself inspecting his teeth, because they were so white! Although she knew how to control herself when North gave her a last warning.

When they explained to him why was he there, Jack refused to even consider that possibility, saying that he wasn't like them, and all that simply ended in a horrible fight between Jack and Bunny.

Later on, while North explained the center thing to Jack, Tooth received an alert that her castle was under attack. So she flew to her palace to try to stop the Nightmares from stealing the teeth and her fairies, but she arrived too late. At least Jack was able to save Baby Tooth.

Tooth threatened Pitch to return her fairies to her, but obviously he did not gave in, and just when they were about to pounce to attack him, he disappeared.

North then suggested that they pick up the teeth, so children would continue believing in her, and they did so. The guardians helped the tooth fairy to collect all the teeth, and to leave gifts under their pillows.

The guardians then ended up meeting in the room of Jamie, where willingly they caused the boy to wake up, along his dog. The dog attacked Bunnymund, and Sandy, wanting to have the kid and his dog asleep, used his Dreamsand, but in the end he just caused all of them to end up asleep except him and Jack.

North was able to wake up and he woke up Tooth and Bunny, to help Sandy and Jack fight Pitch and his Nightmares. But Pitch cornered Sandy and without the guardians being able to arrive in time, stabbed him.

Back at the North Pole, the guardians made a memorial for Sandman. Then they decided to help Bunny to paint his easter eggs, since Easter was very close, and so they would continue fulfilling children's dream, and they would continue to believe in the Easter Bunny. They soon discovered that Jamie's sister was there, and Tooth, in an attempt to draw her to her through teeth with blood, got the girl to flee from her. Jack is the one who takes her home.

Nightmares attacked the Warren once Jack was outside, and unfortunately the Easter Eggs did not make it through. The children did not believe in the Easter Bunny anymore... When Jack arrived, Tooth asked him about Baby Tooth, and about where he had got the box filled with memories. There all of them lost confidence in Jack.

After that failure, the guardians were determined to find the last light, who turns out to be Jamie. All of them are surprised when they see that Jack is also there, and that Jamie has managed to believe in him. Then Pitch appears, and Jack goes to fight him, while the other guardians keep Jamie safe. Pitch is more strong than before, maybe due to Sandman's death, and effortlessly defeats Jack. Pitch traps the Guardians and Jamie, and in that moment, Jamie tells Jack that he's scared. Hearing those words, Jack gets to memory of the same thing his sister once said, making Jack aware of which his center really is. Fun. Pitch approaches them but is quickly hit by a snowball. Distracted, they escape and go gather up Jamie's friends.

Jamie's friends started to believe again, with a little help from the Guardians. Pitch then asked them who was going to protect the Guardians if the Guardians were protecting them. As Pitch send the Nightmares their way, Jamie full of confidence was able to turn the black sand back to dream sand. Making the Guardians get their full strength back, thankfully.

The Guardians started to fight Pitch while Jamie and his friends turn the Nightmares back to Dreamsand. Sandy was revived by Jamie and his friends and was able to save Jack, who was about to get killed by Pitch. Sandy used his powers to bring sweet dreams to everyone which resulted in more believer and Tooth's fairies used the Tooth Box to bring memories to the children making a lot of them to believe as well.

They all cheered, having defeated Pitch, and having recovered children's trust and belief! After all that, the go back to the North Pole, before of course naming Jack Frost an official guardian, finally. After they came back, something really strange happened. Jack disappeared, without leaving a trace behind him.

Tooth got slightly worried, but Jack usually wandered off, so it's not like they started searching for him everywhere.

One night, when she was collecting the teeth of some sleepy children, she saw something gleaming in the distance. Thinking at first that it had something to do with Jack, she followed the bright light, but soon discovered it had nothing to do with the boy.

It was a portal. Tooth guessed that maybe it was North's creation, although it didn't look alike any portals she had seen from him, but shrugged it off and crossed it.

Thing is, it wasn't North's portal. Now she's in Storybrooke, without her feathers covering her whole body, or without her wings growing from her back. Though she still has her magic. She still can fly, and she's pretty sure that speaking every existing language is still possible.

But why is she there, exactly?.
