Neal had decided to take Gideon and Giselle out for the day, give his father and Belle some time to do things for themselves. Besides he wanted them to spend time with their future sister in law, get to know the other most important people in his life.
He made sure that he had everything that they needed for the day in the bag, and, he had needed to help convince Belle and his father to trust that he would be fine. Neal wanted to make sure they still got the time to be together, what they did was probably not what he wanted to think about, but, it wasn't his concern.
Neal had set them both up in the stroller, giving Giselle the unicorn he had bought her, and, Gideon the giraffe, before beginning to push the stroller along the path of the town, deciding to head to the park.
"You know what, when you guys are older. I'll introduce you guys to one of my favourite books. You guys may like it too." Neal looked at both of them, before smiling and, just continuing to head to the park.
Neal loved both of these two so much, and, was determined to be the best big brother he could be. Neal had had some practice in his life, being one of the oldest in the foster homes most of the time.
When they reached the park, Neal smiled as he noticed that it seemed kind of empty, but, he didn't mind. Neal just sat on the bench for a moment, as he held the handle of the stroller in his hand and moved it back and forth, while he waited for Emma to turn up.

With Emma working, and, Henry at school Neal decided to try and get to know his new step-mother. It was weird that they were two of the most important people in his father's life, and, they hadn't had a chance to truly spend time together yet.
That stuff with the Enchanted Forest, the whole year was still fuzzy to him, but, he was sure that they had been able to spend time together then, but, it wasn't fair if he couldn't remember it completely.
Neal had stopped by Granny's, and, picked up a tea and cocoa to go, as well as two hamburgers, before making his way towards the library. He didn't know if she had his siblings today or not, but, it would give him a chance to spend time with them too.
He wasn't sure if she would be in the library, but, Neal knew that if she wasn't here, then he would stop by his father's house. A place he'd been spending a lot more time lately, feeling like he had a family back again. Filling a piece that had been missing for the longest time.
Neal reached the library, and, pushed open the door, looking around for a moment. “Belle, Belle are you in here?” Neal called out, putting the drinks and burgers down on the counter.

Neal had been enjoying his new life in this town, he was settled down and, this was something that he had never thought would've ever happened to someone like him. The way he had grown up this had seemed very far off. But, now he had more then he had ever imagined.
Everything he ever dreamed of.
He had the day off from the garage today, but, he had popped around to his other job at the stables for a while. Neal knew that thanks to Susan, he knew how to actually ride these horses now, so he could do alot more with them, and, he didn't have to worry about not being able to catch them if he lost grip of their reins, and, running off.
Neal was exercising one of the horses right now, and, had just taken them through the Forest for awhile, and, he was riding them back to the stables, and, he hopped off of it, and, walked it into its pen.
After he finished filling up the food and water in this pen, Neal stepped out, and, soon spotted his son standing by the stall of the horse he had learnt was his when he first got to this town.
Neal just gave a soft smile as he watched his son for a couple of moments, before putting the hay back with the other bales and walking over towards his son, placing his hand on his shoulder as he stood there.

Neal had been called into work earlier then he had intended to be, or was meant to be. But, Mr. Tillman had told him that one of his twins was sick, and, that had been enough for him to head over there. it wasn't like he had anything to do for a few hours anyway.
He was meant to have been looking after his brother and sister for a while, but, he could do that later. Neal had quickly dressed in a black t-shirt, and, jeans before slipping on his sneakers, and, heading out to the garage.
Neal looked around the garage as he got there and noticed there were quite a few cars stocked in there. Neal pulled on the overalls over his clothes, and, then headed back out into the main garage.
Picking up the clipboard from the desk, Neal checked what jobs needed to be done first. Neal just let out a soft sigh, before going to grab some tools, and, popping the bonnet of the first car on the schedule.
"Alright, well let's see what's wrong with you then." Neal said, before leaning forward and inspecting the engine.

Leaving Emma had been the hardest decision Neal had ever made, but, he had needed to. What she had waiting for her was way more then he could ever offer her? All he had was himself, and, Tallahassee. In that town, she would know that she was special, and, she could have a real home with her family. Something he was never going to have for himself.
Neal knew the best way to lose himself was to head off somewhere for a while. He had left August to give Emma the keys to the bug and the money for the watches, and, Neal had enough money stored away to have some for him too. Neal knew that getting out of America for a while was probably the easiest way to figure out who he was now.
Aside from America, Neal knew the only place he had been to in this world was London. It was the last place he'd had a family here, and, in a way he wanted the feel of this place back. Even though he knew that the Darlings were long gone.
He had been in London for a couple of months now, and, he had been enjoying actually seeing this place, without being trapped in those workhouses or that stupid orphanage. Neal didn't know how long he would stay here, but, he knew he would have to go home eventually.
Neal had finished up his shift at the art school here, and, was about to head back to his apartment when he noticed someone putting something on one of the poles. Keeping his scarf and coat around himself, Neal walked over to look at it.
Tilting his head, Neal sighed softly, and, just had the feelings of his childhood come flooding back for a moment. He blinked those away, before he turned away, and, bumped into the man putting stuff up “I am so sorry about that”
